fakta:

When rechargeable batteries is used properly, they can be used hundreds or even thousands of times! They do cost more initially, but can definitely pay for themselves over time.

Rechargeable batteries can be used over a 1000 times if you treat them right, fewer batteries need to be manufactured (and transported) than with one time batteries. In fact, rechargeable batteries consume up to 23 times less non-renewable natural resources than one time batteries.

Obviously, rechargeable batteries will have to be recharged. If you’re used to simply just grabbing one time batteries and pop them in your remote controller or whatever this might be annoying to you, since recharging can initially seem like a bit of a hassle. Having backups helps ensure you won’t be left powerless while waiting for batteries to recharging.
